Delivery times may occasionally be subject to delays outside of TutuTallulah’s control such as force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strike action), for which TutuTallulah cannot be held responsible. If you decide within 7 days that you do not want your unused item, send it back to us in it’s perfect condition in the original packaging and we can refund you the cost of the items or exchange them.
Customers are entitled to a full refund excluding delivery charges for up to a maximum of 7 working days. We do not refund postage and packing unless the item is damaged or faulty. We can not refund or exchange items where ticketing has been removed. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on items that have clearly been used. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Under Distance Selling Regulations, customers have a legal right to cancel orders provided they do so in writing within 7 days of receipt and return all of their order in its original condition.
Please follow the steps below to claim your refund or exchange:
Contact via the contact us form stating that you would like to return an item quoting your order confirmation number. Please let us know if you’d like an exchange or a refund.
Repackage the unwanted items in the original packaging and send them to the following address, including the completed returns form: TutuTallulah, 121 Leighton Gardens, London, NW10 3PS.
You may want to send it via Registered Delivery as we will be unable to process your refund or exchange if your items go missing.
Once we receive your package and form we will either send you the alternative item you’ve requested or refund the item to your credit card. Refunds can take up to 28 working days to go through from receipt of the goods.
We are unable to offer a refund on items purchased with a gift voucher.
Please note: goods that are personalised or bespoke are non-refundable, unless faulty.
